Problem

In order to reduce OTAs intermediation costs, hoteliers are forced to use different management tools that are sold separately, and although they can be integrated, they create high supply costs and relevant operational difficulties related to system integrations.

Solution

We4Guest is the all-in-one management SaaS that allows the hotelier to reduce the costs of digital supplies and to improve the operational process, thanks to the automations of the platform. In fact, all the functionalities, ranging from general management to reputation, make obsolete the use of countless different programs that are not well integrated.

How it

works 

We4guest can be integrated with a little wi-fi module. The solution is delivered as a SaaS with a variable fee depending on the structure’s rooms number. Usually, W4G monthly cost is equivalent to one room night avg cost and our minimum contract is 12 months.

Market

opportunity

W4G's target Italian market recorded a value of over € 2.36 billion in 2019. Most of the market share is still held by traditional technology solutions that over the last 15-20 years have built important leadership positions without bringing significant innovations. The growth prospects are therefore very high, since after the Covid-19 crisis, hospitality providers are willing to evolve their business model.

Roadmap

The goal is to finish the production of the full suite. The team is currently working on General and Operation Management modules.
